How our network works

We're the local service provider with the most fiber optic coverage in the islands. Since 2016 we've been building our own fiber optic network that already reaches most towns in Majorca. For the rest of towns we have agreements for the use of third party networks reaching most of the surface of the island with all the guarantees.

After my registration request, how long it takes to have the installation done?

The waiting time for the installation is about 7 working days, although depending on the volume of work this period may be longer.

Does the service have permanence?

No, none of the services we offer have permanence unless otherwise stated during the course of the contract.

Can I have a Fixed IP?

Yes, the cost of a fixed IP is 10€ per month.

What is Indirect Fiber?

Indirect Fiber is offered by a telecommunication company that does not have its own network in a certain location.

As a customer there is no difference between having Direct or Indirect Fiber.

How long does it take to manage the cancellation of the Fiber Optic service?

The withdrawal will be processed within a maximum period of two working days from when it has been communicated to us as established by Royal Decree 899/2009.
