Select the operative system of your device and we will show you the steps to follow to configure the Internet access with ConectaBalear once you've received your Sim card.
If you already have your mobile line with us and you can’t access Internet from your terminal, here we explain how to configure your device Android.
Depending on your device brand the following instructions may vary.
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network.
If your phone supports dual SIM, select it here.
Advanced > Access Point Names.
Step 2
Create a new APN (+) with the following info:
Name: conectabalear
APN: inet.es
Leave the rest as is
Save the changes and check that the new APN is selected in the list. Now you can start using your new data plan.
If you still cannot connect to the Internet or if you have a Xiaomi phone, you may have to add the following additional info:
APN type: default,DUN,supl
MVNO type: IMSI
Save the changes and restart your device to connect to the Internet (airplane mode is not enough).

If you already have your mobile line with us and you can’t access Internet from your terminal, here we explain how to configure your device iOS.
To bring up to date the Internet configuration of your device you simply have to download the file which we show as follows. If you are looking at this page from your terminal, press the Download configuration button. If not, you can scan the code to access the file easily.
This file must be downloaded to your phone with the Safari browser without the private browsing option. Otherwise it will not work.
Once the file is downloaded, if an “Install profile” screen does not automatically appear, access the Settings application of your device and look for the Profile Downloaded option.
Step 3
Once you've opened the configuration file, the screen Install Profil will appear. Press the button Install to configure your terminal and once more Install to confirm the change of settings.

Access Configuration and select Systems > Mobile Data.
Step 2
Press on Add APN and fill in the following:
APN: inet.es
The other fields must be left blank and That’s it! You already have your terminal configured to access internet, it’s possible that you must restart the device.
